Greetings, we are excited to announce Reedy Chapel AME’s Historic Re-enactment March & 2nd Annual Juneteenth event entitled “Juneteenth Family Fun Day – Block Party.” We want not only the community of Galveston but all communities throughout the United States to come visit historic Reedy Chapel in Galveston, Texas; where the first Juneteenth celebration began! Let’s celebrate this joyous holiday by bringing family and friends out for fun and activities to honor Emancipation.
